From day one, we knew that to scale we needed to understand what was happening in our business. Classifying every input properly allowed us to see what worked, what didn't and where we could improve. This well-ordered database gave us the agility to optimise and automate a great many processes and, with that, stay ahead of the market.

2. Our own CRM and dashboard: full control in real time

Today, thanks to that structure, we have our own CRM and a dashboard updated every day. Each sales rep can see how their sales are developing, the profitability they are generating in real time and their progress towards their monthly targets through their main KPIs. That clear, accessible information lets us react quickly, correct deviations and reinforce what is working.

3. Artificial intelligence: the next step is here

The new chapter we have opened together with grau.ad, a company in our group, is leading us to explore the full potential of artificial intelligence. Because our data is so easy to export, we can apply predictive models, automate analysis and uncover patterns that used to go unnoticed. And this is only the beginning.
